Higher grade circulated 1968 1 and 2c pieces fetch a few dollars each on ebay.

Check your 66,67,68 and 81 2c coins for a missing SD . They're worth money in any condition. The 68's especially.

I have a 1914h sixpence NGC graded VF25 and your florin looks a bit better than my sixpence. I think you have a winner there. I wish that was my coin

I was flicking through some coins and quite by accident noticed this coin had a nearly 180 degree die rotation error. In in aUNC condition with a nice rainbow patina and only cost me $4. Curious what this error might be worth in a higher grade.

I know very little about pre-decimal coins and zip about their error varieties. Was wondering if anyone might know what a 1950y penny with a die rotation error might be worth. Rotation is a 270o with the top of KGV's head facing 9 oclock. Condition is VF. Also curious if they're a common enough error to make a 3 / 6 / 9 /12 face of the clock.

I was hoping it might be worth a few hundred.
I'm going to hold onto it for now though Joel.
The second strike is turning a reddissh colour when viewed on an angle while the main strike has retained its full mint bloom. I'm quite taken with and fascinated by it.
I can appreciate someone collecting error coins now.
Thanks for thew responses

It's a pretty bad error for an aussie coin. I reckon it must be worth something to someone who is into error coins. Don't really see enough of them to gauge what it is worth but maybe there's an expert on these who can give a ball park figure.
