They're all uncirculated coins, but it would be impossible to say with certainly if they have been cleaned from the photos alone. That being said, there's nothing in the photo of the '26 to indicate cleaning (that mirror flash on the obverse is a characteristic of the date - though look closely for hairlines - it could be an indication of buffing). The variance in colour between the fields and the legends on the obverse of the 1st 1928 is often an indication of cleaning, look closely in the obverse fields for hairlines that break at the legends. Note that there are many natural causes for such an effect. The third has no evidence of cleaning apparent in the photo (though note an obverse rim nick at 4 o'clock) but the uniform lighting used in the photograph would hide any evidence of cleaning if present.
