The push-in albums tend to tone the coins, the Dansco Supreme albums are chemically quite good, but beware of coins slipping in the pages (especially smaller coins, threepence, half sovereigns, etc).
I use either plastic flips: http://www.jakesmp.com/CSD_Flips/CSD_flips_inserts_01_M.html or slabs.

Does the toning accour around the rim of the coin in the push in albums, because i went though my shillings and most of them tend to have brown toning now around the rim on the observe, dose this affect its grade?

That I'm not sure about, I doubt it would cause toning to the extent that it might affect the grade.
